A Parisian Flip?

Anybody know what one of these is made of?

Ice cream, obviously. "Shots" of vanilla (we never hear how many). Cherries and something in the tulip glass looks like a ribbon of chocolate.

But I've looked for a recipe online and nothing even close! After everyone in that film raving about them, I want to try one!
