What is in the restored 20 minute cut please?

there is no extra 20 mins restored Sound & Media version 2007 is 92m 45s and 2009 version on E1 Entertainment UK is 88m 3s, the original is 117 mins , i wish they did find 20 mins and restore it, the vhs from 87 on Pickwick Video Ltd is 89m 0s. there was a cut version re issue in 1943 71 mins i think, i know that was restored, but there is also differences in speed up with usa uk and avi on computer runtimes
