TCM showing with SAP commentary

I recently watched "showboat" on TCM and before the film began, it was announced that film historians and some who were there when the film was made would be commenting on the film. One would hear this by opting for the SAP option on ones tv. I have a smart tv and can't seem to find that option . Can anyone help? Btw, I have charter cable tv.
