At the end, a young woman does some amazing dance moves for an audience aboard the ship. High kicks, full rotation of each leg, and more. Who dat?

That wasn't part of the movie -- it was a short subject that TCM showed after the film. Check out "The Yacht Party" on IMDb for your answer.
