This film was remade not too long ago as The Secret Agent starring Bob Hoskins and Partricia Arquette. The strange thing I noticed was that the younger brother, played by Christian Bale, was portrayed as mentally challenged whereas in the Hitchcock film, he wasn't.

I've not yet seen it, but I would be interested in checking it out for comparison purposes.
