good idea - do you know where to find a copy for this film?

In Region 1 it is part of the Carole Lombard release of The Glamour Collection. (Mae West and Marlene Dietrich also have sets in that series.)

Yes, The Glamour Collection has "The Princess Comes Across." I'd have to say, I've gotten more enjoyment from the movies in all of the glamour collections than I have in many other movies. They are pretty cheap and have some good oldies on them.

I love these sets and I'm sorry to see Universal did not release any future volumes in the series either with these actresses or other movie queens. THE PRINCESS COMES ALONG was very good in spots but it's not one of the better Lombard films in the set. I much prefer TRUE CONFESSION, HANDS ACROSS THE TABLE, and LOVE BEFORE BREAKFAST but it was great to see all six Lombard movies on dvd.
