Extended version of Military Man ?

I've just looked up the lyrics to the song Military Man (found them here, among other places http://www.lyricsfreak.com/s/shirley+temple/military+man_20555662.html ), and the lyrics are an entire verse longer than any version of the song I've ever seen.

I've seen the colourised version, and the b&w version (both around 79 minutes long), and I've seen a couple of versions of the song on YouTube, but none of them show the full lyrics of the song being performed.

Does anyone know where the full lyrics come from, and where I might be able to watch it online ?


ETA: For reference, every version I've seen (and they're all the same), goes up to "For everybody loves to see a soldier parade" (in the first chorus).
"It's / about to start / I hear the rum tum tum" and everything afterwards is missing.
