I noticed something about this cartoon...

The melody of the backround music resembled the jingle from the "Choo Choo Charlie/Good and Plenty" commercial from the late 1950's/early 1960's. Did this cartoon inspire the people who made the commercial? After all, they both deal with trains. Or is it just a coincidence?
