Why has only 8 people voted on this movie?

it seems to me that if its a good enough film, which it is, to make the cut to be on TCM, why dont people catch on? i just watched this movie for the first time and was very impressed with the acting, the story and the comedy was Laugh out loud funny. seeing how everyone on here has an overwhelming respect for classics, why is such a great film passed up?

I watched it this week and LOVED IT! I saved it on my DVR. I gave it a 10 here only because I think it deserves a higher ranking. It's definately not a 10, but it should at least be in the 6.0 or higher range.
