The Earl's Cane ??

I have watched this numerous times, trying to see the head on the Earl's cane. Most of the time his hand (s) cover it up and we just get very quick or distant glances at the thing.

I would really like to know the design of that cane head, if anyone happens to get a better look at it than I have.
