I saw a short cartoon about a little owl who loves Jazz thrown out by his chorister family many years ago on TV 1970 something? It was set at christmas time, with words Boppin Hoppin in it. The jazz music was very catchy. It had won an award. Its similar, but is it another film? Can anyone tell me where to see a clip?

It is I love to singa. I'm pretty sure it is. I used to watch this cartoon when I was little and love the song.
