I really enjoyed this movie but seriously, DID HE CHOOSE THE YOUNG GIRL INSTEAD OF REALIZING THAT RUTH WAS THE RIGHT ONE FOR HIM? OMG, I couldn't be angrier!!!! The young lady was irritating (especially her voice and her awkward French accent). I felt sorry about Ruth's character,I can't believe her character didn't have a good ending. She was a great actress by the way.

I just could not imagine him falling for the silly little girl with a father figure crush when a real woman has loyally and patiently been waiting for him to realize she adored him. Typical male behavior...too vain to realize that the teenie bopper will soon grow bored and leave as soon as erectile dysfunction rears its ugly head in his not too distant future. The director could have at least had the teacher be seen as deeply admired by a handsome guest at the graduation while she played the organ so that we could imagine a happyly ever after ending for her. WRONG ENDING!!! 😱
