Best Film of the 1930s?

..So says time magazine via AMC's filmsite. I like this movie, but I think that there are better candidates.

I love this one. Best of the best.

Very good movie. However, I find it hard to put it ahead of Gone with the Wind, The Wizard of Oz, City Lights, M, and It Happened One Night; just to name a few.
