lowest budget ever?
Can anybody name a movie with cheesier sets? The camera doesn't even pan to Collins' feet while he's dancing on the scaffold. They must have made this in someone's garage. Steffi Duna is interesting to watch, though.
shareI was told by a friend that the camera didn't move because it was being filmed in early technocolor and moving the camera caused problems with the color. If you are like me and only saw the bad B&W print that is out on DVD... all of that was lost on me too!
