Another Flag Cockup!
As Errol Flynn arrives at Jakhoti, the Union flag is flying upside down, should only be done as a sign of distress, but to be fair it distressed me.
shareI am sorry to say that most of we Americans are not aware of the subtleties of the British color. I have never had protocol responsibility for the British flag. I do not know if I would have had the presence of mind to research the correct display. The first time that I noticed the white bands/crosses being wider on one edge of the red crosses, I thought that there had been an error in weaving the flag.
