To the people complaining about the trip-wires

Some fool wrote a review here that basically suggested that this film was terrible because they used trip wires in the horse scenes. I hope they and everyone else realizes that this was the practice with horses in 30's and early 40's hollywood. I'm not saying I'm not glad they've found less injurious ways to deal with animals, but if you write this movie off for animal cruelty, then you better be prepared to write off a lot of really great early Hollywood movies with horse scenes-- Stagecoach being one of my all time faves. Rubbish, I say!
