I didn't notice it in the cast listing, maybe I am blind or something?

Did you check the second page of credits? Looks like everyone under the sun is listed in this movie. There are two Asian actors listed, one is Richard Loo. I think I remember him from other movies. Didn't have time to check now. These actors were not credited as body guards, but they worked in the club.

I believe you mean William Law who played Lum Kee, He was the co-owner of the Lichee Club and is listed in the credits. He helped disarm the gunman at the end. I will not mention the gunman by name since it would be a spoiler for anyone who has not seen the movie.

The actor's name is William Law.

The Lichee Club headwaiter was played by Richard Loo. The part of Lum Kee, the man who disarmed the killer at the end of the movie, was played by William Law.
