Sorry I'm just seeing this post so late, but if anybody's wondering-
Fred (the Sanford and Son character) is having whiplash explained to him by his friend, Bubba. He immediately starts going on about Whip*saw* with "Isn't that the one with Spencer Tracy?" He proceeds to do an impersonation where he says "Are you alright?", then (he claims) "You BET you're alright!" and does a light punch/tap on the jaw. Fred actually repeats that part to point out the tap.
Unfortunately, as you verified in that other post, it's not actually in there ...or at least not like that ;)
