Was There Ever an 80-Minute Print of This Film?

The IMDb lists the running time of this movie as 80 minutes. However, the only print available, to my knowledge, runs only 69 minutes (and can be found on the Triple Feature DVD-R sold by Amazon).

I've watched the 69-minute version and it seems complete in the sense that there is no obvious break in the story flow. However, many of the plot details are fuzzy, e.g., regarding the arrangement between the short gangster and his girlfriend. That might suggest scenes that were removed. On the other hand, in a comedy-mystery like this, it is not uncommon for the writers to fail to explain everything clearly; these cheapie movies were cranked out quickly with no time for script rewrites. Does anyone have any information on the existence of an earlier and longer version?
