I'm doing a new trivia game & cannot find just how much Lucy's Ostrich Feather-laden gown cost - but i once read that it was a "pretty penny": does anyone know?

All I can tell you is, I used to use a couple of three-foot ostrich-feather fans in my act, and those babies cost our bandleader/show producer $500 apiece (in 1990).
