Russian Imperial Crest

In the Cafe Russe, just before Irene Dunne sings "Smoke Gets In Your Eyes", a partially transparent curtain is drawn to give the party of Russians some privacy. On the curtain is the form of a double-headed eagle with a shield on its chest. On the shield is what looks like a polar bear. However, the real royal coat of arms of imperial Russia was a double-headed eagle with a picture of St. George slaying the dragon upon the breast shield.

Perhaps it was an intentional change, they may be forbidden to use the real Imperial chest.
