Great Douglas Fairbanks Jr Movie
This is such an excellent and rare film. Douglas Fairbanks Jr and Laura La Plante are a good on screen couple and Fairbanks is perfect in this movie. He's such a great and handsome actor.
shareHad this movie saved on TiVo… rain pouring outside, finally set down and settled in to watch it yesterday. It was perfect! A funny, fresh, romantic comedy. A wee bit on the dark side with the romanticizing of suicide, but it was a reflection of its times so no complaints. First time I'd seen (or heard of ) Laura La Plante and she's a wonderful comedienne, and Douglas Fairbanks Jr. never disappoints.
