Poor Kay.....

Everybody knew she had a speech impediment, yet they name the lead character "Terry", which she pronounced "Tewwy"...and so many times, too! Kay was very beautiful, and they made allowances for her lisp, but sometimes, it came out pretty strongly, as in this quote, as she said it, "Fweedom's ovah-wated". That should have been changed for her! George Brent's character even made fun of her problem, while they were riding in a trolley. Wow...really?
