What a charming little gem.........

As many of George Arliss "light" movies are. I particularly enjoyed the comedy of errors beginning with Rothschild, continuing with the banker, and the car dealer et al. This is a familiar theme in Arliss light comedy/dramas, used in the opposite in "The Millionaire". An Arliss movie that will charm you, recommended at 9.

Do you know how I can purchase or download this movie? TCM seems to have the rights to "The Guv'nor" but they won't run it again or sell it. Can't find it anywhere else. If you can help I would appreciate it. Thanks.
