About 'Lullaby of Broadway' tap dance

Near the end of the tap dance portion of the number there are three dancers who perform a solo precision dance. By any chance, were these three guys the Condos Brothers? The one in the middle looks a little like Steve Condos.

You know, I've been wondering the same thing. That sure looks like their very particular kind of fancy footwork that I've seen them do in other movies.
