When Dick Powell kisses Gloria Stuart for the first time in the lobby (and his sweetheart the hostess is watching), there was a long strand of saliva that stretched and snapped back to Dick Powell's mouth. I had to rewind it a few times, but it is definitely there! Kinda strange that it was not re-shot; I know that most may not have caught it and this was released without the knowledge of DVD or video replay, but it is pretty darn noticeable!
