This film appears in a photo of the Jubilee Cinema at Swanscombe, along with The Public Menace in a book called "Memory Lane" A photographic album of Britain 1930-1953.
I can find no trace of this film on the Internet.
It's an interest of mine to spot the films appearing outside cinemas in newsreels or old films, sad eh?
