Anyone working on bringing this to DVD?

To be honest, I'd much rather a copy of the 1924 version of Dante's Inferno. From what I understand, though, UCLA has only four of the five reels of the film and it is not scheduled for preservation.

So it looks like the 10 minutes of footage lifted from the 1924 film and used in this 1935 film of the same name are the best I can hope to do.

Anyone know of a source for a DVD?

You can find VHS and DVD at Robert's Hard to find videos for about $25 each.

not DVD, but, it has been posted in a.b.mm.v-f (alt.binaries.multimedia.vintage-film ) just 4 hours ago
