This may not be a great news flash for those who have already seen it, but since my interest in classic cinema really grew large (approximately 2-3 years ago), I don't remember this being shown on TCM in that time. And since I couldn't get this from Netflix (it IS on DVD, Warner Archives released it about 16 months ago, but I was not aware until just now), I have wanted to see this anxiously, as this is Bette's first Oscar role.

Anyway, for those like me, who are dying to see it, set your DVRs!

Glad I finally caught this film on TCM. Better film than I had thought it would be. Bette makes it.

But when will they play it again? I am so sad, thinking I may never see it!
