No Posts on this film?

Surprised to see there are no posts on this film from Murder mystery or Chan fans as it's one of my favourites of the series.

Warner Oland is wonderful as always as Chan, Keye Luke appears for the first time in the series as Lee Chan number 1 son and there is an excellent supporting performance from Erik Rhodes as Max Corday.

Any love out there for Charlie Chan In Paris?

I love this film! A great Chan film.

One of my favorites as well. The Apache Dance piece has stuck in my mind since I first saw it. Done without overly 'funnying it up'.

It's all like some bad movie.

I like "Paris", too, along with my other favorites, "Treasure Island" and "The Black Camel".

I like this movie as well as most of the Oland Chan movies. I also like Treasure Island and Wax Museum with Toler.

That Apache dance sequence is on You Tube. Along with other Apache dance sequences which do really fun up their routines.

I think I saw a few with Number 1 son. But I can't remember too many of them. Entertaining, too bad they didn't have an actual Asian playing the lead.

According to him, he was part Asian. Oland said he had Mongolian ancestors, so he didn't need a lot of makeup for the part.

Great cast of characters. Many memorable actors in this one.
