Annie Oakley Museum

There still is a museum that tells the true story of Annie Oakley (unlike the Roy Rogers museum that is closed). It's in Darke [Darke was mentioned once or twice in the film] County, Greenville, Ohio and is part of the Garst Museum displays. I've been there and it's worth it. The film shows her and her mother delivering quail to a hotel in perhaps Cincinnati via a buckboard. But there is no way dead birds are going to stay fresh on a horse ride from Darke to Cincinnati.
