Ah, um, it's already been released in Blu ray (Region Free) in December 2015.

I own the blu ray. I put it up for sale -

I'm not sure what you point is, but your grammar is poor. The correct phrase there would be "I'm sure they appreciate stupid people."

BTW, I have seen this movie. It's an important, and fascinating, historical document, and received **** from Roger Ebert.

I'm guessing English is not your first language.
