Why no DVD?

I understand that "Music in the Air" wouldn't be a huge seller on DVD, but why hasn't Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment made it available in their MOD "Cinema Archives" series? Certainly many lesser quality films than this have been released under that imprimatur.
