OK, it's Rifftrax but it's the same 3 guys who did MST3K and the same hysterical commentary you expect from them. I found it on Hulu.

It's hilarious they have 10 Rifftrax public domain films on hulu and I can't stop watching them all at once! This one and Voodoo Man are my favorites so far, easily as good as a good MST3K episode!

Carnival of Souls is great too!
Actually, he says "I didn't know women had breasts in the 1930s!" which is equally as funny. Not sure if I could have got all the way through with this one without the Rifftrax guys but it is an odd and atmospheric film. And what he did to that poor cat!
