What's the significance of the title?

Does anyone know what the title means? What it's in reference to?

There is no "off" position on the genius switch.

I'm wondering the same thing.

They inherit land in California, and they assume it is a beautiful Orange farm plantation.

Ephemeron.

There isn't one; like 'Man on the Flying Trapeze' and 'So's Your Old Man,' the title was chosen by the studio. The phrase is usually a response to a question like "How are you able to do that so well?" "It's a gift." 'Gift,' in the sense of an innate talent.

As drunkbear has already stated the "gift" means an innate talent.
I'm fairly certain that the title refers to the fact that he negotiates a great price for his orange farm. Basically the title states that Harold Bissonette has an economic talent or flair for negotiations which of course is a joke in itself.
