one of the top screwball comedies of the Thirties!

What a fantastic gem-of-a-movie THIS is!!

Better than Bringing up Baby, His Girl Friday and the later Thin Man series. But not as good as say, The Philadelphia Story.

The playful banter of the two male leads is wonderful. And at first Crawford seems out-of-place in a screwball comedy, but you soon warm up to her and really enjoy her comedic timing-sparing with Gable and Montgomery.

This is truly and under-rated classic. It's a shame too..........

***Watch for it the next time it's on TCM.

I agree it is a great film. i love the amusing dialogue, and the way the three stars banter aming themselves even at moments of tension.

I could not agree more! I love this movie and cannot get enough of it. I tend to like movies of this genre but this one was an unexpected surprise. Based on the title I was expecting something completely different.

Woman, man! That's the way it should be Tarzan. [Tarzan and his mate]
