Soewhat interesting but a bit of a cheat (spoiler)

For a murder mystery is was really unfair to out of nowhere tell us the daughter had been seeing the murder victim numerous times alone in his apartment. As sheltered as she was no one missed her?? The impression given was that between the parents & governess this girl was watched 24/7. Not to mention the house was full of servants. At 18 I would think she'd have a companion rather than a governess anyway. Then again even though she was 18 she was treated like a 12 yr old by her parents.
