Beulah Bondi and Sara Haden all Dolled up!!!

For me the greatest pleasure of the hit-and-miss programmer FINISHING SCHOOL is seeing Beulah Bondi and Sara Haden, two of Hollywood's leading character actresses who specialized in playing rather bucolic, salt-of-the-earth types playing the head mistress and a teacher of an exclusive, pricey girl school, quite elegantly dressed and glammed up in a respectably conservative way for older women. I can't recall ever seeing either before in fur-trimmed coats and the like!
