Belly Buttons!

I just finished watching this movie on TCM. I was amazed to see the navels of all the dancers in the "Dreams" production number. I guess this 1934 film snuck in before the enforcement of the "Code." The bikini costumes the dancers wore were presciently modern. In fact, all the beautiful Orry-Kelly gowns could find themselves on the red carpet with little adjustment.
