Online NON-scam site where one can see/download it for free?

Comcast On Demand had this available just recently; starting watching it but couldn't finish it... I came back a few days later but it was gone (On Demand selections are only there for a short amount of time). Since I've watched the first 1/3 of the film, I'd kind of like to see the rest! Cursory online search thus far reveals an apparently unlimited amount of shady-seeming scammy-looking "free" torrent sites where you nonetheless must provide a credit card number...however, since this movie is so old, I'm thinking it might exist on some free public archive somewhere (which is why and how all all those sites likely have it in the first place)...trying to find where, exactly.

I haven't downloaded a film torrent in 10 years or so, when I downloaded Jean Harlow's "Red Headed Woman" for free (and with no credit card required). Are there old film buff sites that might have this, or a reputable place like "archive.org" (they themselves only have the trailer, not the full-length film, unfortunately). I don't think it's on youtube, unless I missed it...
Help? :-)

Don't pirate movies.

This is available on DVD from Warner Home Video from their "Archive Collection," in a set along with the other 1930s Perry Mason movies. It's called "Perry Mason: The Original Warner Bros. Movie Collection." You can easily find it online at affordable prices.
