Frances?

I like this movie a lot -- and I don't necessarily care about animal movies as a rule. But Myrna Loy and Warner Baxter were great fun to watch, and I can't stop singing "The Split Pea Soup and the Succotash."

Question: I know Loy's character is nicknamed Princess and named Alice, but a couple of times I could've sworn Dan called her "Frances" instead of either of these. Is there something wrong with my hearing?
