13yr old Mickey Rooney was hillarious as Southerns younger brother...His talent was obvious already.
Imagine if the man was only 5-6inches taller..what a different career he would of had.
Tom Cruise is probably just a inch or two taller and it made a difference for his career.
Cruise is 5'7''. Rooney was 5'2''. I wouldn't compare Cruise to Rooney. If he lives to be 100, he'll never come close to being in Mickey Rooney's league.

The man was incredible-a triple threat-Thespian,song and dance.There will never be another like him.
I just think had he been taller,he would have been offered more roles.
I only use Cruise as a example for his stature-Cruise just makes it height wise-a little shorter and we wouldnt know his name 'cause he really is only something to look at....
