Babbitt's House

Nice shot of the house at the beginning of the film. Can anyone find it? I'd try if I lived in LA. Note the flat terrain and the very wide street with a sweeping curve. Most likely it's near Warner's studio, though based on my 1944 map there aren't many streets like that in Burbank. The house probably was around 15 years old in 1934.
