Does Howard Hawks Appear in this Film?

Hawks reportedly portrayed a German fighter pilot in HELLS ANGELS, footage from which supplied most of the air combat sequences in TODAY WE LIVE. But note the hospital sequence in which Bogard and McGinnis (Gary Cooper and Roscoe Karns) are awaiting word about their wounded gunner. A gray-head doctor emerges from the operating room and offers Bogard a drink. Is that doctor played by Hawks, with a mustache? Sure looks like him, and the character is not credited on IMDB. Just wonderin'.
