Lost in Translation

The French version of The Testament of Dr .Mabuse is much shorter and loses something. I don't know if any of it's because of this movie (at least on Disc 2 of the Criterion Collection of the film) hasn't been restored and the Dutch subtitles are burned into the film, but those are a couple of things that reduce the quality of the film.
