How available is this film?
Has anyone caught it on TCM? Or a good DVD copy?

There's an actually pressed DVD release of it (along with another similarly cheap indie flick from the period; they're both pretty short movies). Just search for the title on Amazon, or wherever. It's not a bad copy. In fact, given this movie's age and history, it's as good of a print as you could legitimately expect to find.
