Look for Ginger Thrown Against Car Door

Look for the spot where Ginger leaves a car before it has come to a stop and she is rather violently thrown forward against the open door as the car brakes. This looks like a "goof" to me, and a nearly bad accident. Surely this wasn't intentional was it?

I just re watched that and it looks like it was a real accident

I noticed this on my first watch. I think it was an accident, but it wasn't so bad. The director probably didn't want another take. It was a budget film.
