so i recorded this movie just yesterday and the last minute or so werent recorded. the last thing i saw was cary grant and mae west on a carrier and he hands her a ring. WHAT ELSE HAPPENS????

Yup, that's the end but it so doesn't seem to fit the rest of the movie. Sure, she was interested in him but she had something else in mind. I guess we're supposed to believe he's going to make a decent, respectable woman out of her. If he thinks one little ring's going to accomplish that, especially one lacking the requisite diamonds, then that character is as delusional as the filmmakers seem to think we are.
