It most certainly is and is also quite easy to find on YouTube along with several others.

The blackface tradition, which started in the minstrel shows of the 1830s and continued in variety entertainment into the early 20th century, was starting to fade by the time this movie was made. Actually, Al Jolson and Eddie Cantor were the only major Broadway and vaudeville stars who kept doing blackface routines when they transitioned to talking pictures.
Accept the blackface for what it was -- a show-business convention of the times.
