opening credits
... whats up with those opening credits?? white lettering over white and black background..? makes it hard to read. This film seems to be an early version of Roman Holiday...also has elements of Her Highness and the Bellboy.

All the ones I've seen I have enjoyed. It even has similarities to the real events that would happen three years later in England.
While watching the movie I wondered if Edward VIII had seen this movie and if it influenced his decision to abdicate. Apparently it's something he considered and hinted at long before he actually went through with it.
